Coaches Application
TO ALL COACHES APPLICANTS:
Danvers Youth Hockey would not function without our volunteer coaches - thank you to our past, present and future coaches. You must complete this application every year.
DYH Coaches are our ON ICE talent. All coaches must register with USA Hockey, complete SafeSport training, Age-Specific Module's for the level they wish to coach, as well as complete USA Hockey certification (CEP) coaching clinics.
